Dragonfly Market Research Operations is a commercial name operated by Sofía Berith Cortés Arcos, who is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website.

Information we collect

The contact form may collect your name, work email, agency or company, target markets, expected timing and project description. Technical security information, such as IP address, browser information and request metadata, may also be processed when you use the site.

Please do not include respondent data, sensitive personal information, financial information or confidential study materials in the contact form.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, discuss feasibility, prepare a proposal when requested, maintain business communications and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use contact information for unrelated advertising and we do not sell personal data.

Service providers and security

Contact inquiries may be processed by hosting, security and email delivery providers acting on our behalf. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information to handle your inquiry. Information may be processed in other jurisdictions subject to appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

To protect this form from spam and automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It analyzes limited technical signals from the browser to verify legitimate use, but does not access the information entered in the form. This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, you will use a separate service operated by Meta and its own privacy terms will apply.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up on a potential or existing business relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. When the information is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely blocked as required.

Your ARCO rights

Under Mexican data protection law, you may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition regarding your personal data. You may also revoke consent or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your information.

Send your request to personal.information@dragonflydata.com.mx with the subject “Privacy request” or “ARCO request.” Include your name, a contact method, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the information involved and any details that help us locate it. We may request reasonable documentation to verify your identity.

We will communicate our determination within the period established by applicable law, currently up to 20 days from receipt. If the request is granted, it will be made effective within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended where legally permitted and justified.

Changes to this notice

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be communicated through this website or, when appropriate, through the contact information you provided.
